How to care for the product?

To prolong the life of the product, hand wash is the best option, however if you are in a rush, pop the bib mat set in the top rack of the dishwasher. 

Can I change or cancel my order?

We start processing orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, so we’re unable to make changes once an order is placed. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@mamabears.kids. If it hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help.

What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?

We’re so sorry! Please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing info@mamabears.kids with a photo of the issue, and we’ll gladly assist you with a replacement or refund.

How do I make an exchange?

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please initiate a return for the original purchase and place a new order.

What items are non refundable? 

To ensure the safety and hygiene of our little ones, the following items are non-refundable:

  • Used or washed items
  • Items not returned in their original packaging
  • Gift cards or sale items (if applicable)

How will I be refunded?

Once we receive your returned item in acceptable condition, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method used at checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued.

Please note:

  • 3–5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
  • Amazon Prime, the refund will be handled directly through your Amazon account.

How do I return an item and get a refund?

If you checked out using Amazon Prime, you can easily manage your return through your Amazon account. Just click the “Manage on Amazon” button in your delivery confirmation email and follow the return steps.

If you checked out using Shopify checkout or paid with a credit card (like Visa or Mastercard), please contact us directly at info@mamabears.kids to request a return.

Once approved, we’ll send you a return label by email. Just print it, attach it to the package, and ship the item back to us.

Note: The return shipping cost (approx. $6) is the customer's responsibility.

After we receive the returned item in acceptable condition, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within a few business days, depending on your card provider or bank.
